Delivery Charges and Postal Information for UK Orders
Our postage and packing charges are based on the value of your order. Standard post and packing will be added automatically to your order at Checkout.
For security, we always send orders with a value up to £34 by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery which will need a signature. Orders with a value over £34 are sent Special Delivery, which includes insurance up to £500 and next day delivery.
We regret we cannot be responsible for uninsured parcels which are lost or damaged while in the care of Royal Mail, though we will supply you with the proof of posting and give you as much information we can about the parcel so that you can take up the matter with Royal Mail.
Orders up to £74.99 will be charged at a flat rate of £2.00. All orders with a value of £75 or more will be sent Free of Charge
All items are packed securely inside a strong box or padded bag to avoid damage in transit.
Overseas Customers
PayPal will charge a flat-rate post and packing charge which applies to the UK only. If you live outside of the UK, do NOT use the Shopping Cart. Please email us with your order. We will then add the correct amount of extra postage for shipping to your country, and send you a PayPal invoice.
Returns
I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any problems with your purchase once it arrives, please let me know. I will be happy to replace any goods that are unsatisfactory, but please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.
Goods are packaged carefully, but in the unlikely event that you receive anything damaged, please return within 7 days of receipt for replacement. In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you may return any item (except custom-made) for any reason within 7 days of receiving it, provided that it has not been used and is returned in its original packaging. Please obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office and ensure your name and address are enclosed together with the reason for your return. The cost of your item will be refunded on receipt of the item but not the return postage costs.
It is the customer's responsibility to make sure items for return are packaged securely, especially for items in gift boxes which could be crushed if not protected. If we receive a item for return which has been damaged due to poor packaging (this includes the gift box), an amount will be deducted from the refund to cover the damage.
If an item is returned to us because no-one was there to receive it, and it has not been collected from the post office within the time stated on their card, we will ask you to pay the postage charge again for us to re-send it.
Under no circumstances can earrings be returned unless faulty, due to hygiene regulations.
